Responsibilities:

• Prepare, issue and maintain purchase orders (PO) and goods receipt postings within the service level agreement (SLA).
• Maintaining accurate records of the PO creations, changes, and receipts postings.
• Coordinate and track open requests with IT. Ensure issues are resolved timely and root causes are identified and shared with the team.
• Liaise with internal project teams and business segments, with a focus on customer service.
• Support management with the development and implementation of new systems and processes, best practices, and simplification & automation strategies. This includes gathering data/information, data analysis, testing, and interaction with people at all levels in the organization.
• Work with team members and managers to create and maintain reports and help desk dashboards.
• Assist with Internal Audits.
• Complying with internal controls, company policies & procedures, and regulatory standards.

Experience and skills:

• Associate degree in Business, Finance or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 1 years' experience working in procurement or similar role.
• Good working knowledge of the procurement to payment process preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel with strong aptitude towards learning new technology.
• SAP Ariba experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organization skills, analytical and problem-solving skills a plus.
  Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
