Job Description

The IT Systems & Automation Analyst supports IT operations within a Global Business Services (GBS) model by assisting in systems administration, process automation, and end-user support. The role focuses on operational execution, learning, and continuous improvement of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

Support low-code workflow automation initiatives under senior guidance.

Develop and maintain basic PowerShell scripts for task automation.

Assist with simple API integrations between systems.

Provide operational support for HubSpot administration (users, configurations, automations).

Support server and cloud infrastructure monitoring and maintenance.

Deliver Help Desk and end-user support, managing tickets according to defined SLAs.

Document procedures, solutions, and standard operating processes.

Collaborate with regional and global IT teams within the GBS model.

Qualifications

Degree or final-year student in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.

+2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or automation.

Advanced English level.

Basic knowledge of PowerShell, APIs, and automation tools.

Familiarity with HubSpot or similar platforms is a plus.

Exposure to cloud and server environments.

Service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

Ability to work in a global, shared services environment.
