We are looking for a
Senior ServiceNow Administrator
to support and enhance our client's ServiceNow platform in close collaboration with Auxis teams and internal stakeholders. This role requires
hands-on expertise in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and optimization
, with a strong focus on delivering
automation, integrations, and innovative solutions
in line with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer.
  • Strong expertise in
    ITSM modules
    (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and experience with
    Service Catalog, CMDB, and Workflows
    .
  • Experience implementing
    integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers
    , or other tools.
  • Familiarity with
    Virtual Agent, AI Search, or Performance Analytics
    is a plus.
  • ServiceNow
    certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD)
    preferred.
  • Excellent
    communication and collaboration
    skills.
  • Strong
    analytical thinking and problem-solving
    abilities.
  • Experience supporting
    large enterprise environments
    and working across
    multi-team collaborations
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Agile methodologies
    and
    change management
    processes.
  • Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules (
    HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, etc.
    ) is a plus.
