G&S Central America Ltda is hiring a sales support specialist.
G&S provides service for affiliated companies, mainly for the US sister company. We are an international broker, selling secondhand clothing and shoes world-wide, with our main focus on Central America.
This position provides sales support service to sales staff. It involves all the tasks following a sale:
- Creating shipments in our CRM
- Updating information in the CRM with current data
- Requesting final approval from the buyer
- Scheduling the container shipments
- Processing release of containers in the port of destination
- Direct communication with customers, providing customer service
- Provide documents
- Solve problems, in coordination with sales staff, logistics and accounting
- Assisting sales staff and customers with any questions they have
We are looking for detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills.
Required:
Bilingual. Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
3 years of relevant work experience (business, logistics etc)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Travel: limited
This is a full-time position. Work from home is only allowed as an exception.
Our office is located in La Sabana, San Jose.
Compensation: commensurate with qualifications
