Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Brindar apoyo administrativo y operativo al Managing Director de Centroamérica para optimizar su tiempo y facilitar la gestión de proyectos, clientes y equipos, y planes de crecimiento. Garantizar el orden, seguimiento y ejecución eficiente de las actividades del área, manteniendo una comunicación fluida con brokers, clientes y proveedores.
Responsabilidades clave.
- Dar seguimiento a proyectos inmobiliarios en curso (aperturas, renovaciones, cierres de contratos, etc.)
- Monitorear el avance de objetivos del área
- Coordinar la recopilación de información para presentaciones o reportes ejecutivos.
- Controlar los vencimientos de contratos, licencias o seguros relacionados con propiedades.
- Actualizar bases de datos de propiedades, clientes y transacciones en el CRM.
- Dar seguimiento a leads y reportes de actividad de brokers.
- Apoyar en la organización de visitas a propiedades y presentaciones a clientes.
- Preparar documentos de apoyo para negociaciones y cierres de operaciones.
- Apoyo logístico en presentaciones, visitas o negociaciones.
- Elaborar minutas, correos y comunicados internos o externos.
- Apoyo en la organización de juntas y capacitaciones del equipo.
Cualidades requeridas
- Licenciatura en Administración, Negocios o carrera afín (terminada o en curso).
- Conocimiento del negocio inmobiliario (deseable)
- 2-4 años en funciones administrativas o de asistencia ejecutiva (preferente en sector inmobiliario o comercial)
- Inglés Avanzado (escrito y conversacional)
Competencias y habilidades técnicas
- Excel intermedio (mínimo tablas dinámicas).
- Capacidad de análisis y síntesis de eventos contables.
- Comunicación efectiva.
- Orientación al detalle.
- Enfoque a resultados.
- Proactividad y capacidad para anticipar necesidades
- Actitud de servicio y trabajo en equipo
