We're searching for a Enterprise Account Executive, this Business Developer will be responsible for delivering new B2B clients and projects, as well executing our business plan. You'll be responsible for generating new pipelines and optimizing current clients (corporate and government entities).

Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for existing solutions and identify new business opportunities
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and advise the right learning journeys as well as develop commercial proposals to meet those needs
- Maintain a deep understanding of the local markets, innovation, and emerging technologies, economic indicators, and competitors to ensure effective plans are maintained
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
- Provide a bi-weekly report of field sales success and communicate data to VP Operations and Market Development and senior executives
Qualifications:
- Experience in planning and implementing B2B sales strategies, sales experience in education/technology solution or similar field in the country and wider region, and CRM experience is required
- Exceptional customer relationships and providing customer service as well as a strong industry network and contacts
- Self-organized, determined, persistent, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Creative, innovative, and curious with negotiation, influence, consultancy sales, and storytelling skills
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish is essential, both written and spoken
