Third-Party Risk & Quality Management Analyst

A key priority for the team is to help strengthen Third-Party Management framework and program. Integral to this framework is establishing, supporting and managing the TP Risk Assessment Process, which is used assess the risk of all Third Party engagements / contracts against specific inherent risks, and perform an assessment in a multi-dimensional fashion so that inherent risks associated with the activity and the Third Party can be determined, and the engagement / contract can be risk tiered. The TP-RAP tool enables identification of inherent risks that are utilized to drive the appropriate Risk Management processes and ongoing due diligence activities throughout the Third-Party engagement life cycle. The QC Analyst provides operational support, process guidance, and quality assurance and quality control oversight to stakeholders across Citi, leveraging a central utility infrastructure, standardized processes and operating procedures in order to execute robust risk management activities throughout the third-party management life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Quality Control (QC) activities, manage the Third-Party Risk Assessment Process (TP-RAP) and engage accountable parties as required in support.
  • Ensure operational risks are assessed and mitigated, and control / audit issues are actively managed to full resolution.
  • Support Third Party Management governance committees, as required.
  • Support the TP-RAP QC Lead Analyst in efforts to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness of risk management processes and provide a risk centric and holistic view on Third Party risk tier ratings.
  • Assess questionnaire submissions and liaise with Business Activity Owners (BAO), In Business TPMs, Sector TPMs, Regional TPMs, Procurement, Compliance, RMO, and other stakeholders to complete the TP-RAP submission process.

Job Conditions & Requirements:

  • Preferred 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations, risk management and controls. Direct experience with Third Party risk management highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues to management.
  • Experience in handling audit and regulatory requirements, PM, Quality Control.
  • Temporary position for 6 months.
  • Advanced conversational and written English.
  • Immediate availability.
