Overview
Process on the different systems, according to the agencies we give services in US and Canada, media documents (credits, debits, invoices) on an accurate and timely manner. This requires understanding and analysis of the Media process and in some cases contact with Resources NY, agencies, vendors and other parties to have solutions to issues as a product of the information received and according to the SLA agreed. This is an entry level position.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and Analyze Media Reports: Prepare, review, and interpret essential reports related to media operations, including RNOs, billing analysis, inventory tracking, and cleared/uncleared reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Invoice Escalation & Issue Resolution: Conduct thorough analysis of invoices that cannot be processed, and escalate unresolved issues promptly and accurately, adhering to established escalation protocols and timelines.
  • Ensure Compliance with Operational Standards: Follow all procedural requirements related to agency processing exceptions, escalation protocols, approval authorizations, SLA commitments, volume targets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Support Cross-Functional Initiatives: Collaborate with team members and leadership to support ongoing process improvements and special projects as assigned by the Media Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications

  • Basic or Technic education completed and initial studies related to Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Industrial Engineering.
  • 6 months in similar positions, preferably in multinational companies is a plus but not requirement. Excellent customer service.
  • Intermediate English B1+ (oral and written skills).
