Develop and maintain program schedules, milestones, and resource plans

Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and issues

Facilitate communication and documentation with engineering teams, stakeholders, and leadership, including: business requirements definition (BRDs), user stories, data flow diagrams, decision logs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), monthly business reviews (MBRs), and program updates.

Track and report on program metrics and KPIs

Improve overall organizational capability through systems, processes, and talent development.

A day in the life

This position will contribute to high-visibility deliverables impacting software procurement, sourcing, distribution, compliance assurance, rationalization and consolidation, asset governance, cost optimization, catalog management, and employee empowerment. There is ample opportunity to work across interdependent teams – including sourcing and category management, procurement, engineering and product development, legal, security, finance, business intelligence, and numerous internal customer groups – to continuously innovate and provide actionable information that improves processes, reduces risk, saves cost, and enhances the internal customer experience for Amazon knowledge workers.
