Resumen:
**¿Cuál es el rol?**

La persona que ocupe esta posicion ejecutará los procesos administrativos del área y de esta manera alcanzar los objetivos de la compañia.

**Responsabilidades**:
**¿Qué vas a hacer?**
- Aplicar las normas y procedimientos administrativos definidos.
- Elaborar documentación necesaria del departamento.
- Revisar y realizar trámites de servicios, giras, control de facturas y gastos
- Revisión e ingreso al sistema de control de asistencia de horas extras
- Recepción de facturas (proveedores) e ingreso al sistema AX.
- Recepción de reintegros de gastos y liquidaciones para envió a contabilidad.
- Recepción y envió de adelantos de gastos para las giras de los técnicos.
- Realizar la solicitud de suministros del GAM a traves de la platarforma establecida.
- Realizar el envio de servicios nuevos (electricos, telefonia, agua) para afiliación.
- Realizar la solicitud de nuevos chip o reporte de averias.
- Asignar los vehiculos asignados al departamento y coordinacion del mantenimiento preventivo de los mismos.
- Participar en cualquier otra actividad que se requiera en el puesto, para lograr los resultados de la organización.

Calificaciones:
**Conocimiento y Experiência**

Bachillerato en Educación Media

Tecnico en Secretariado o carrera técnica afín

Experiência: Más de un año hasta e inclusive tres años

Conocimientos informáticos: Intermedio en Office

Conocimientos en SAP

Ingles medio
