TransUnion is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant Associate to provide high-level administrative support to our executives. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise.

In this role, you will work closely with our executives and other teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and tasks. You will also have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and prepare daily schedules for executives
  • Ensure effective use of executive time
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and other tasks as needed
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites and shared drives
  • Manage and arrange complex domestic and international travel plans

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
