Are you looking to build a career in the financial services sector? Ready to use your customer service, business, and administrative skills in a global business that is committed to making money move easy? Then join our Global Payments team here at Convera as a Payment Processing Assistant.
**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will be joining the Payments Operations team, processing incoming and outgoing payments from business clients while assuring specific guidelines and criteria are met.
You will use your keen eye for detail to review data received from internal/external parties, compiling beneficiary templates for customers to utilise.
You will monitor internal systems and validate the data input, ensuring that all relevant information has been obtained and local routing requirements are met.
You will ensure all input is correct and all queries are resolved satisfactorily within agreed service level agreements.
You will escalate issues within the team and internal or external business partners when necessary.
- Fluency in English (essential)
- Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high volume, dynamic environment
- Quality orientation
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to meet deadlines, sense of urgency, customer-centric approach
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, good computer literacy skills
- Ability to work both individually and as a part of the team
Please note you must be able to attend our office in Santa Ana twice per week and adhere to a Sunday to Thursday - 3pm to 10pm shift pattern.
