**Role Responsibilities**:

- Perform transactions investigations.
- Bank Reconciliation and cash reporting.
- Maintenance of customers and their accounts in a core banking system.
- Working with various projects and tasks assigned by business partners and manager.
- Provide consistent, quality customer service to assist our partners in facilitating customer transactions.
- Understand and follow company policies, risk, and compliance processes.

**Role Requirements**:

- A high school degree is required, and post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Administration is preferred.
- Experience within the financial services or payments industry is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Excel Macros would be an advantage.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and be self-motivated to learn quickly.
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high-volume, dynamic environment.
