Business Summary:
This role, within the Learning & Development Operations, is essential to deploying strategic initiatives to support and drive impact within our People Priorities. You will work with L&D Operational Leads and Solution owners from across HR to coordinate best-in-class learning solutions for our employees, managers, leaders and teams. To excel in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of deploying development solutions, great organizing and coordination skills, vibrant communication skills and adept at leveraging new technologies. We are seeking a teammate who is a highly effective collaborator, problem solver and has a continuous learner with a innovative mindset.
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with L&D Op Leads and Solution owners [Regional and Global] to establish requirements for quality, scalability, and consistent program/solution rollouts.
- Provide coordination and execution support for the deployment and delivery of learning solutions/initiatives globally, including program rollouts, pilot programming and more.
- Execution support includes but not limited to: participant/instructor/stakeholder communications, registration & tracking, managing materials, facilitator preparation, onsite/webinar support, expense tracking, aggregating feedback, effective marketing, virtual hosting. [In-person execution support include: venue set up, catering, aligning AV support etc.)
- Key KPI include: Fill rate of classes, effective execution of classes and programs, positive stakeholder feedback, class and program availability
- Scheduling. Support your regional learning calendar along with the resources needed to execute, internal and external facilitator availability, budget, etc.
- Provide insights for process improvements. Collect and analyze data that drives continuous improvement and operational efficiencies. Contribute to the governance and standards, evolving to drive greater impact.
- Automatously drive operational projects that contribute to the outcomes and key results of the organization.
**Required Skills**:
- 5-7+ years of related learning coordination experience
- Proficient with Learning Technologies (LMS, LXP, LinkedIn Learning)
- Proficiency with Excel and the Microsoft Suite
- Virtual hosting capabilities (Zoom, MS Teams, etc)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
- Proven presentation skills (Facilitation)
- Experience in event coordination
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior work in high-tech

*This role is set with a work location of ‘Flexible’ (4 or less days in the office) although this role does require you to be present when live, in-person sessions are set.
