In this position, you own the overall successful transfer, startup and ramp for a particular new product and technology. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Plan and manage programs that are directly tied to the development and implementation of new process and product technologies for external customers.
Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program as Project Manager.
Works on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific project.
Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create/track the project schedule.
Assess risk and identify issues.
Monitor progress against schedule.
Coordinate resources with other functions.
Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform non repetitive, analytical work.
Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
**Qualifications**
**_Minimum Qualifications:_**
Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Electro-Mechanic, Chemical, Materials Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience working with engineering fundamentals, and development and transfer methodology.
5+ years of proven experience on project management.
Intermediate to advance English Level.
Unrestricted Costa Rican work permit
**_Preferred Qualifications:_**
PM certification or equivalent.

**Work Model for this Role**
