Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams. **Key Responsibilities**: - Participate in monitoring key performance indicators and operational metrics, including updates to dashboards and other measurements of success, leveraging data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, among others. - Data modeling and update to historical data sets to ensure that Operations Management team provide correct insights through Data Analytics. - Identify, communicate, and escalate data quality anomalies detected through E2E Quality Assurance Testing Services processes, mainly focused on Documentation Retrieval, Contract Testing and Final Results stages. - Execute the key priorities of the Quality Assurance Testing Services program to successful deliver on time operations management, collect updates to RAG status progress against objectives, SLAs and help to mitigate risk through proper escalations and issue management. - Contribute to create and update senior presentations, including final results for each Quality Assurance Testing Services cycle. Forums includes Quality Assurance Testing Services Working Group, Post-Mortem, Weekly Operation, etc. - Strong interaction and partnership between Quality Assurance Testing Services process/report leads and stakeholders’ teams (FCDO, Other ECDO groups, GFT and Report Owners) across the regions to ensure robust operations and metrics in alignment with Target Operating Model. - Other specific responsibilities as related to the supported function, including requirements gathering, issue root cause remediation and accountability, Ad hoc support for Regulatory, Liquidity and Risk Reporting enquiries as required. **Qualifications**: - Advanced English level - Bachelor's university degree completed/ in progress - 2-5 Years of data management experience - Proficient MS office skills - Analytical, and problem solving skills **Desirable**: - Power BI, Tableau, SQL is a plus.
