**Heredia, Costa Rica**

SGF Global is looking for a Change Operations Analyst, for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.

**Requirements**:

- Associates or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of IT experience
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- English C1
- Full time (8h)
- Previous experience with ServiceNow (nice to have)

**Overview**:
The Change Operations Analyst work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. The Change Operations Analyst ensures data quality through data integrity management and auditing of change orders.

**Duties and Tasks**:

- Executes and documents the IT change management audits.
- Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires mínimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
- Follows established guidelines/procedures.
