**The Operations Lead Analyst, Vice President will be responsible for leading the business office for Stakeholder Services within HR Shared Services. This role will lead projects, coordinate across all regions to prepare business updates, develop organization communications and lead VOE efforts. The Operations Lead Analyst will also oversee the financials/ budget, workforce planning efforts and headcount tracking.** Job responsibilities will include: - Drive the Business office function in its execution of portfolio / project / program management - Manage key HRSS programs and projects including leading project tasks and plans; facilitation; communication planning and execution; and other project planning activities. - Collaborate with key partners across HRSS, HR and CSS to implement strategic initiatives and ensure alignment - Design and prepare executive level presentations, business reviews and report, including Town Halls and VOE reports - Maintain an active engagement regional STS leaders and partner with HRSS and HR to ensure various programs are aligned. - Manage the product financials including tracking productivity initiatives, investment requests, workforce planning - Partner with regional operations teams to develop the employee engagement strategy - Significant exposure to global and regional senior leadership - Ensure global standardization within Stakeholder Services in partnership with the regional leads. - Identify potential migrations or right placements as part of our strategy - Lead end to end process reviews and provide recommendations to enhance end user experience across HRSS - Partner and lead regional business analysts to analyze metrics and suggest initiatives that will allow process and controls improvements. - Partner with regional business analyst to enhance customer satisfaction score across HRSS. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, - Related experience of 5-10 years - Advanced English level - Project management or Six Sigma certification preferred or demonstrated experience with project management - Highly motivated, organized, and methodical - Comfortable with analyzing and manipulating data, and working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Knowledge of Shared Services, preferred - Proven success at working both independently and in a collaborative environment - Must possess leadership ability to see the big picture without losing attention to detail and strong relationship management skills with the ability to handle conflict and negotiations - Provides analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions - Directly affects the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services - Persuades and influences others through developed communication and diplomacy skills with colleagues, stakeholders and partners - Experience and ease in interfacing with Senior Management - Excellent organizational, communication, relationship building and influencing skills - Strong commitment to quality, controls and attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Effectively function in an environment that is global and culturally diverse - Ability to multi-task and handle short-term deadlines & conflicting priorities This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
