**Responsibilities**:

- Independently develop proposal planning and scheduling details
- Leads proposal teams comprised of Operations, Sales and Industry members to complete proposal on time
- Capable of concurrently managing 3 to 5 proposals and $1M to $5M proposal value
- Responsible point of contact for Customer, Sales Development, Impact Partners, Engineering and Operations
- Complete small to medium Bill’s of Materials
- Capable of bid tabulation on third party quotes
- Able to lead engagement with iCenter to quote standard and configure to order cabinets
- Occasionally acts as a mentor to Proposal Leads
- Demonstrates good interpersonal and communication skills. Proven leadership skills
- Able to run multiple small to medium proposals and direct others to complete on time deliverables.
- Completes quality proposals within schedule
- Knowledgeable in the use of all tools for Proposal generation.
- Participates in process improvements
- Contributes to the process of scope definition.
- Contributes to the development of engineering processes and procedures.
- Supplements on complex proposals for a specific area of expertise (i.e. PM, PAS, E&I, SIS)
- Develops, prepares, and leads proposal scope definition discussions.

**Requirements
***Basic Qualifications**:

- BS Engineering and 2 to 5 years of closely related experience
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite of tools, specially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- English Level: B2.
- Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Effective people management and team leadership skills including an ability to drive commitment and efforts of a team
- Be able to coordinate more than one proposal effort simultaneously through the effective use of team resources
- Knowledgeable in field instrumentation, metering, control and automated valves, and bus technologies
- Requires travel for up to 2 times per year

**Preferred **Qualifications**:

- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel. (Access and SharePoint will be a plus).
- Must have excellent people skills due to interfacing with all levels of associates
