Cash Flow and Treasury Analyst Intern

Cash Flow and Treasury Analyst Intern, this role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, such as: prepare and post Manual journal entries in Cadency related with bank open items, and be accountable for day-to-day delivery of operations.

Other main activities these are:
Treasury:

- Monitor all bank account balances in a daily basis to make sure that it will not be any missing item from the Bank to SAP.
- Coordinate with the bank and the internal teams in Haleon in case there is any issue with the bank statement process.
- Upload bank statements manually in SAP as required.
- Do founds transfers across all Latam entities and monitoring the balance available to cover future payments.
- Make sure that founds in bank accounts are enough to cover all responsibilities.

Cash Flow:

- Do the accuracy Daily Report, update of real figures in the Cash Flow working files.
- Identify all founds transfers required to cover all future payments.
- Perform cash flow variation analysis by month, quarter, and year basis.
- Prepare and lead monthly cash flow sessions with Finance Directors and Finance Controllers for each Latam entity.
- Prepare, analyzed, and align with all areas involved the projection for the next 3 months for all Latam entities.
- Process, analyzed and control all local bank investments and corporate loans requests.

Your Qualifications:

- Active and advanced student in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related careers.
- Intermediate MS Office Excel (pivot tables and general formulas).
- English Level: Advanced.
- Previous experience of ERP systems, SAP, Bison is a plus.
- Ability to be customer service focused and an effective team player.
- Ability to have analytical thinking.
