**Main purpose of the role**:
Lead the end-to-end order to cash, credit and collections and trade promotion management (Sales Controlling) processes across the sub-region or cluster.
**Responsibilities**:
- Become a key business partner of the Commercial, Local Finance, Customers, GBS teams by embedding our values: We Care, We Own, We Act, and our ways of working: Focus On Consumers, Play to Win, Move Fast, Grow Our People
- Schedule and direct the activities of credit analysis and portfolio recovery, including authorization of customer orders, controls and proactive analyses of promotional payments, and more, in order to protect the interests and assets of the company
- Working closely with Finance Directors, CFOs and Country Managers to respond to credit and collection concerns with existing and potential clients, also to provide visibility about negative impacts in P&L due to unauthorized promotions or frequents overpayments.
- Understand and be able to provide advice and guidance on internal control and CFI requirements, specifically those related to promotional activities (Trade. Rebates and consumer)
- Develop plans to drive cash generation, reduce credit days (DSO), eliminate past due invoices, fast resolve dispute and drive continuously improvement of all OTC KPIs.
- Develop and post key performance indicators on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Accounting.
- 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, commercial finance, or finance planning (GBS experience strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Advanced English level
- Strong Leadership capabilities, including: influencing, stakeholder engagement, succinct and assertive communication skills
- Full understanding of Financial Statements (P&L, Balance, Cash Flow), Accounting Principles
- Continuously improvement mindset
- Problem solving skills and sense or urgency
Nice to have:
- MBA or Master in Finance
- Advanced Portugues level
- Deep expertise in Order To Cash, Trade Promotion Management
- Sales & Operational Planning Process
- Commercial Experience
- System experience: SAP, Celonis, Machine Learning
