Global ERP SAP/4 HANA Process Integration Specialist (complex environment)

**The Aurora DTS/ITS/ITS Template Assurance role is part of the newly created DTS/ITS Aurora Central Organization. As a Central Team, we focus on technology related activities across different process scrum teams, including template design assurance, data assurance and technical integration and enablement. As the team moves through the different phases of the Aurora program, the responsibilities of the role will evolve and team members will be expected to balance a set of expectations that cover both program activities with the demands from a business as usual environment. Members of the Central team will collaborate across business units, Product Teams and digital projects to develop and execute against the team's vision, strategy, and roadmap**:

- ** Responsible for coordination of Aurora end-to-end template design across **Order To Cash** in support of committed value**:

- ** From a program perspective, the role will work with process scrum teams evaluating solutions for requirements, assessing impact cross workstream impact while ensuring business outcomes are achieved**:

- ** From a business-as-usual perspective, the role will be required to assess cross workstream impact of new demand for all platforms **under Order To Cash, **identifying potential risks and cross business opportunities driven by these changes**:

- ** Functional oversight coordination across **Order To Cash** for optimized template designs, development, test and enablement**:

- ** From a program perspective, the role will partner closer with the respective scrum teams ensuring adoption of system standard practices whenever possible, assessing opportunities for simplification and ensuring cross workstream impact of decisions is considered in all program phases**:

- ** From a business-as-usual perspective the role will ensure template consistency is considered in daily decisions to reduce overall investment risk from a functional perspective across all tools in the domain and across domains. The role will represent the interests of the different global process leaders **within Order To Cash **as we transition into a business-as-usual environment.**:

- ** Accountable for Aurora Value Engineering, Change Management and Readiness in** Order To Cash**:

- **From a program perspective, the role with work closely with Business Units IT Business Partner Organizations to ensure proper understanding of template decisions and ensure readiness ahead of the respective Go Lives**:

- ** From a business-as-usual perspective the role will work across Business Unit IT departments to understand template related opportunities across regions that help improve the return on investment for Program Aurora in future years**:

- ** Coordinates across all functional teams **in Order To Cash** to ensure adherence to optimize approved WRICEF designs and enablement and establishes governance**:

- ** From a program perspective, the role examines proposed customizations coming from the process scrum teams and prioritizes the interest of the global template to manage global risk across all platforms **within Order To Cash**:

- ** Program increment readiness & coordination**:

- ** From a program perspective, the role manages all aspects or functional execution for Order To Cash that fall within the Aurora DTS/ITS Central Team. This translates into coordination and reporting activities that span across scrum teams related to configuration and development and may involve hands on configuration for certain elements of the global template in S/4 HANA that may not perfectly fit within one scrum team.**:

- ** From a business-as-usual perspective, the role is responsible for reporting on the health and risk of the integrity of the global template as changes and new localizations are added to the Aurora build. The role is also responsible for maintaining the central configuration in S/4 HANA **within Order To Cash**:
**Direct responsibilities for this role include**:

- ** Examines Solutions Design for S/4 HANA, Configuration, Documentation, Testing, and Delivery with intelligent automation **within Order To Cash** business processes (Scope includes work among SAP and non-SAP Systems and Applications)**:

- ** Advances solutions **within Order To Cash** at an enterprise scale and standards, supporting business processes in alignment with K-C’s strategic vision**:

- ** Reviews functional specification documents that require development of WRICEF (Workflow Reports Interfaces Conversion Enhancement and Form) objects**:

- ** Responsible for solving complex business problems by creating IT solutions in consultation with business partners, architects and other stakeholders**:

- ** Prepare for and support operational readiness and production cutover efforts with HyperCare support**:

- ** Advise business partners on the implications of standard or new SAP solutions that can be applied to a pr
