In this role, you will be supporting the migration process of the company's central system, where you will lead conversations and projects with different business units to understand the particular needs of each one. **Who you are**:

- Bachelor's degree, ideally in IT, Computer Science, or similar. (Not exclusive)
- 5 -7 years experience working with IT including working directly with business clients.
- 5 years in SAP ECC (modules SAP SD)
- Fluent Business English
- If you´re based in Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires or San José, Costa Rica.
- Nice to have knowCM-gATP.
- Nice to know SAP/4hana
- Nice to have ABAP debugging skills to troubleshoot issues is desired.

**What you do**:

- IT Delivery for S4 HANA in the Order to Cash/Sales and Distribution area
- Accountabilities across multiple functional and technical analytical areas with a wide range of complexity. Functional architect and leader of large/extra-large complex projects for the Order to Cash such as the Billing capability or across multiple capabilities.
- Deliver innovative, efficient, nd cost-effective solutions for their Management, Product Allocation, Distribution, Billing, and EDI capabilities to meet enterprise needs and drive business growth and profitability.
- Coordinates large, complex functional implementations while leading design variances based on business needs while ensuring artifacts are documented in the enterprise architecture repository.
- Coordinates engagements with vendors as they relate to the valuation, design, and delivery of business capabilities. Contributes to the evaluation and selection of software product standards.
- Participant in industry representation, policy formation, User Groups, and strategic direction.
- Proactive analysis of business processes and identification of innovative ways to address near-term business needs which includes identifying these opportunities, reviewing and obtaining a disposition decision from the appropriate business client, assessing the fit of these opportunities into current initiatives, or including the opportunity in future demand.
- Map the Customer Journey and partner with the business in the co-creation of solutions that add value to K-C.
- Maintains in-depth understanding of both KCP and Consumer business processes for their capability area.
- Influences policy formation; contributes to User Groups; significant contribution to strategic direction.
- Leads Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives; consults and shares knowledge across org; full awareness of industry and technology trends that can bring K-C a competitive advantage.
