In this role, you will:

- Strategize with and coach leadership to develop and negotiate profitable pricing, budgets, and estimates for professional services matters and to develop appropriate fee arrangements, including scope and assumptions, staffing, and phases of engagement.
- Negotiate directly with clients or support partners in client conversations and negotiations.
- Strategize with Business Development team and attorneys to develop pricing for RFP and pitch responses.
- Educate partners on best pricing and legal project management practices, including how to leverage both to improve profitability.
- Monitor performance of budgets, fee estimates, and alternative fee arrangements to ensure corrective actions can be proposed and taken quickly to reduce write downs, write offs, unnecessary discounting, and erosion of client relationships.
- Interpret competitive intelligence data and economic trends and their impact on the firm and compile data into meaningful analyses, reports, and visuals.
- Provide analysis, reporting, and recommendations in support of annual timekeeper rate setting and revenue planning process.
- Provide analysis and recommendations for new timekeeper billing rates.
- Conduct and develop post-engagement and historical analysis to gain insights into future pricing engagements.
- Provide analysis, reporting, and recommendations in support of pricing and legal project management strategies and initiatives.
- Develop tools and processes to enhance the pricing and legal project management capabilities and functionality at the firm.
- Ad hoc analysis, reports, projects and other duties as assigned.

**Requisitos**:

- Completion of college level accounting classes, a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related Business Intelligence preferred.
- 2 - 4 years relevant experience preferably in a finance department (legal services is a huge plus)
- T-SQL programming experience in a Microsoft SQL Server environment, including creating stored procedures.
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with experience creating and editing macros in VBA.
- Experience with Elite 3E, or a similar financial system, preferred.
