Perform and/or coordinate the planning, scheduling, procurement, and expediting for specific product lines to meet master schedule and customer order requirements. Also maintain inventory levels. Job duties:

• Issue purchase orders for direct and indirect materials.
• Schedule and purchase manufacturing product and assure stock levels.
• Maintain inventory stock.
• Assist in development of procedures and policies to ensure supplier reliability and competitive pricing of raw materials.
• Prepare bid or quote specifications.
• Contact vendors regarding problem orders, certificates, invoices etc.
• Maintain successful relationships with vendors and internal customers to ensure satisfactory procurement of materials.
• Input data into MRP system.
• Maintain safety stock levels to meet demands.
• Work with vendors for needed deliveries.
• Provide necessary planning as requested.
• Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
• Perform additional duties, as assigned.

• Qualifications

• University degree completed or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field of study.

• One (1) to three (3) years of relevant related experience (e.g. buyer, procurement, purchasing, etc.) in a high-volume medical device manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ERP, MRP systems.
• Data entry experience and proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency.
• Excellent knowledge of and skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.Desired Qualifications
• Knowledge of MS Access.
• Background with Purchasing, Inventory Control, and receiving activity.
