Como Business Development Executive en GlobeConnect, serás responsable de impulsar el crecimiento comercial de la empresa mediante la identificación, desarrollo y cierre de nuevas oportunidades de negocio en servicios de logística internacional.

Este rol combina ventas consultivas, desarrollo de relaciones de largo plazo y entendimiento estratégico del negocio del cliente. Trabajarás de la mano con los equipos de pricing y operaciones para diseñar propuestas de valor claras, competitivas y alineadas a las necesidades reales de cada cliente.

Es un puesto de tiempo completo, con modalidad híbrida (presencial en Alajuela + días de trabajo remoto).

Requisitos:

-Experiencia en ventas B2B, desarrollo de negocios o roles comerciales (idealmente en logística, transporte, comercio internacional o servicios).

-Habilidades sólidas de comunicación, negociación y cierre.

-Capacidad para entender el negocio del cliente y traducirlo en soluciones logísticas claras.

-Enfoque en resultados, cumplimiento de objetivos y crecimiento comercial.

-Organización y disciplina para el seguimiento de oportunidades.

-Manejo intermedio de herramientas como Excel, CRM o plataformas de seguimiento comercial.

-Inglés intermedio o avanzado (deseable).

-Actitud proactiva, orientación al cliente y mentalidad de crecimiento.
