3M is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Oral Care Solutions Division. This position will be located in Belen, Heredia as part of our Global Service Center in Costa Rica.

Job Summary
- Initiates actions toward unresolved issues. When necessary, the supervisor is consulted for assistance in problem areas.
- Understands product lines, customer segments and their needs, divisional/branch functions, and competitive products, prices, and policies.
- Utilizes active listening and communication skills to learn and build customer relationships and understand opportunities and priorities to sell.
- Responsible for performing work as an individual contributor within a forecast target or as a sales team member cultivating a working relationship with field sales reps in all assigned territories to promote a healthy team selling approach.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Fluent in English (100%)
- 2 -3 years of Sales Experience (either in person or remotely)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution or 3 years of experience in Sales.
- Account management experience
- Skills include solution selling, listening skills, gaining commitment
- Ability to work effectively in a sales team environment - Creative problem-solving abilities are preferred
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to stay on task and maintain high productivity levels while working both in the office and remotely
- Previous experience in the Dental Market is a plus
