Part of the Operations Manager responsibilities are:
- Meet or exceed the organizations’ key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Resource management and planning.
- Define and assess team performance against business objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance in defining key performance indicators or metrics to measure the team’s performance against goals.
- Provide ongoing guidance, coaching and performance feedback to the team
- To understand the overall business over a period of time with operations perspective
- Ensure campaign fulfillment is meeting the highest standards
- Liaise with Amazon global and managers to discuss work queue and team performance
- Lead ad-hoc projects and transitions to improve processes and maintain ad serving capabilities
- Master’s degree; emphasis in marketing, advertising or business
- A deep understanding of the ad serving or order management ecosystem
- Project Management experience is a must
- Previous Amazon leadership experience is preferred
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong organizational, analytic and quantitative skills
- Extremely detail oriented
