**Key responsibilities include**:
Ability to communicate well, understand business processes, inspire our leaders to be remarkable, and motivate our employees to achieve new heights
Interacts with our key customers and business leaders to lead the strategic direction of a process, initiative, or goal to create efficiencies
Partners with the business defining the learning and knowledge needs that drive the business to achieve ambitions
Building process maps and flow charts to align with the Guiding Principles of a One JLL Sourcing & Procurement business, outlining how to provide the most value to Clients
Scripting the words and visuals that our Sourcing team need to make the content come to life, leveraging the JLL Brand standards
Draft mass communications and manage distribution using tools like Poppulo where necessary
Deliver training on processes and technology to end users across the business

Experience
Experience in process development, maintaining SharePoint sites, communications, or related tasks.
Advanced or Fluent English communication level
Ability to work independently and think creatively
Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, gain the respect of colleagues, and work collaboratively
Ability to plan and coordinate to create optimal Learning experiences.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Able to work collaboratively to create content where it doesn’t exist.
Leverage resources and tools to create and develop templates and resources for business processes

**Communication Skills**: An outgoing individual with exceptional communication skills coupled with excellent active listening skills. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. Establish and maintain strong relationships on all levels of organization
