Role Responsibilities

The Business Reporting Analyst is a member of Global Business Services-Procure to Pay Tower, the primary purpose of this role is to develop & use knowledge of data, systems & operations to support reporting, analysis and problem-solving activities as part of the Business Reporting COE team.

The Analyst role is an individual contributor role within the COE team. This role will have involvement with all levels of P2P Tower and can work with the process, functional and operational owners to provide analytical support. This role will have both BAU and project related involvement.

The Analyst position is responsible for working on projects in the Business Reporting COE. The Analyst will manage delivery of metrics & analytics, with a focus on the I2P reporting requirements performing the work assigned to this role and will conduct him or herself with integrity, be a good team member, strive to learn and develop relationships across the P2P community.

Responsibilities include P2P program dashboards, periodic refresh, data collections, quality checks, and maintaining optimal and timely delivery of P2P dashboards. Analyst will also be responsible for generation of analytics using Excel and Visualization Tools working with Pfizer technological landscape of SAP ERP, BI and Other Systems.

The primary responsibilities of the role are:

- Manage and monitor performance dashboard periodic refresh, mapping tables, support and training as needed
- Coordinate and deliver complex reporting requirements, analyze data, and assure tasks are executed in quality and timely manner in support of achieving performance against targets.
- Communicate results in a clear & concise manner.
- Capture requirements for ad hoc analysis, collect business requirement, evaluate data and develop solution proposal to help operational metrics owners meet reporting needs.
- Manage multiple conflicting priorities in an organized manner and effectively manage time and balance priorities.
- Work on ad hoc assigned activities as required, leverage knowledge of data, systems & operations to provide ad hoc P2P support when directed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in reporting supporting AP shared service area
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail
- Solid Microsoft skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, formula creation, macros, etc.)
- Experience with SAP, PD, SAP BOBJ, MDG-S, Ariba, Tableau & Dataiku preferred
- Language skills: Fluent in English required & other languages dependent on region/location
- Work in a matrix organization that has a high degree of ambiguity
- Ability to meet deadlines
