**Job Description**:
3M Is Hiring a Bilingual Pricing Analyst

Job Duties (include but are not limited to):

- Maintain Deviated and Standard Pricing process
- Deviated/ Standard Pricing maintenance
- Compile, Organize, and Reconcile Data between multiple systems using Excel, SAP, Sales Force and SharePoint.
- Demonstrate Strong Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes.
- Document and maintain clear procedures and flowcharts.
- Makes suggestions for problem solutions or enhancements.
- Provide accurate and timely status of work progress.
- Helping to resolve pricing-related Processes.
- Demonstrated problem solving, reasoning, and analytical skills
- Report execution and communications with Customer Service, Sales and Marketers.

Skills and Expertise:

- Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requests.
- Flexible and detail oriented

In this role you must possess the below minimum qualifications to be considered for this position.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Technical degree or higher from an accredited university or the equivalent experience in case of not having the degree.
- Minimum of 1+years of combined experience in finance, analytics, pricing, customer service
- 1+ years of experience with advance excel skills including familiarity with VLOOKUP, macros and pivot tables, also ability to build conditional formulas.
- 1+ years of experience with Power BI, Access and Automation tools.
- Must be Fluent in English (B2+)

Preferred Qualifications:

- 2 years combined experience in finance, analytics, pricing, customer service.
- Intermediate level of Portuguese will be a plus.
