We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team of industry leading experts. Under the direction of the Quality Manager, in this position, you will drive the Implementation and monitor the corporate quality requirements for the company suppliers, perform product and process issue resolution and manage process control and improvements.
- Responsible for planning and execution of supplier audits, assessments, and supplier performance measurements.
- Manage and solve structural supplier quality issues (CAR) with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Execute the proper assessment approval audits for new providers
- Establish quality standards of new products
- Support material quality issues at plant level
- Willingness to travel globally, up to 20% of the time
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Education and Experience Requirements:

- BS in engineering or other related technical field required
- Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- BS in engineering or other related technical field required
- Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- BS in engineering or other related technical field required
- Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- At least 3-year experiences in Manufacturing Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment
- Proven knowledge in quality tools, packaging supplies, electronic components and plastic components.
- Proven knowledge in electrical components failure analysis
- ISO 9001 internal auditor qualification is a plus

- Ability to work in a self-managed work team environment.
- Ability to work different work schedules.
- Fluent in written and verbal English and Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Excellent analytical skills
- Sound judgment and decision making, problem solving, flexibility, assertiveness, resilience, and strong quality orientation
- Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
