Key responsibilities for this role include:
Supply Assurance (for assigned product portfolio)- Continuously monitor and ensure product supply of assigned product portfolio to represented markets- Review and identify current and future supply changes and supply risks (short supplies or excess inventory)- Drive replenishment changes with plants, communication, and resolution of supply issues with stakeholders using standard processes (e.g., e-alerts, weekly calls with market/plants, BSL engagement, etc.)- Escalate risks to Supply Planning Manager as needed (based on urgency, impact, complexity )- Review forecast changes, new business opportunities evaluation, and identify significant demand risks.- Proactively understand demand drivers and supply implications from forecast changes- Supply Scenarios development- Partner with Supply Planning Manager to drive:
- Resolution of escalated risks with stakeholders- Resolution of escalated issues in Supply chain agreement (SCA)- Changes in transportation mode- Critical Shipment Monitoring (for assigned product portfolio)- Coordinate pre-shipment and support post-shipment issue resolution with Intercompany Operations(I/O) or market teams as required- Interface with IO, trade compliance and distribution centers as needed, Example: import licenses, customs, quality, release, etc. are generated on-time- End to End and Market / Plant interactions- Raise supply alerts or communications coordinated with Demand Manager for local supply issues- Detailed MPS preparation AdHoc- Execute Supply/Demand Review meetings- Maintain regular communication with internal plants and end to end supply chain to monitor performance- Ensure clear communication with Supply Outlook report- Support Business SO&P Slides preparation AdHoc- Generate KPI Reports where applicable

Inventory management and deployment (for assigned product portfolio)- Develop inventory targets and budget for assigned products- Drive continuous optimization of inventory and working capital- Analyze inventory performance versus budget and develop action plans to achieve targets- Perform root cause analysis of inventory deviations vs. targets and of inventory drivers and define improvement plans- Minimize inventory write-offs. Monitor and manage inventory shelf-life/expiry dates, and actively improve processes to avoid obsolescence write-offs- Ensure in market inventory is actively managed and expired or short dated stock is appropriately, securely, compliantly and expeditiously disposed of on a physical and financial level- Review and make proposals on supply chain agreement improvements with stakeholders- Coordinate and execute pre-shipment and post-shipment activities required in-market to have product available for sales in alignment with different stakeholders and defined responsibilities such as repackaging and relabeling activities, domestic inter-company sales, quality release prioritization- Develop and maintain Packaging Materials Planning according to country requirements- Product change management (for assigned product portfolio)- Proactively and continuously support product change activities (new launches, line extensions, Artwork changes, discontinuations, loss of exclusivity etc) securing achievement of business objectives, service levels, costs and working capital requirements- Serve as local point of contact for questions related to changes and impacts on inventory deployment- Point of contact for End to End, BSLs and Sites- Serve as point of contact to end to end team, BSLs and internal manufacturing sites for any questions related to supply issues, resolution plans, inventory for assigned set of products- Represent region in global and regional forums (for assigned product portfolio)- Serve as region’s representative in global / regional forums to provide input and share expertise on supply related topics for assigned product portfolio- Improvement initiatives- Own and drive completion of supply or other improvement initiatives
