Overview
El Planner Senior es responsable de liderar el desarrollo estratégico de campañas publicitarias, asegurando que las estrategias sean innovadoras, efectivas y alineadas con los objetivos del cliente. Este rol colabora estrechamente con equipos creativos, de cuentas y de investigación para garantizar una comprensión profunda del mercado y del consumidor.

Responsibilities

  • Desarrollo de Estrategias:

  • Diseñar estrategias de comunicación innovadoras basadas en insights del consumidor y del mercado.

  • Colaborar con equipos internos para definir objetivos claros y medibles para las campañas.

  • Investigación y Análisis:

  • Realizar y supervisar investigaciones cualitativas y cuantitativas para obtener insights valiosos.

  • Analizar tendencias del mercado y comportamiento del consumidor para informar decisiones estratégicas.

  • Colaboración Interdepartamental:

  • Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo creativo para asegurar que las estrategias se traduzcan en ideas creativas efectivas.

  • Colaborar con el equipo de cuentas para presentar estrategias a los clientes y gestionar sus expectativas.

  • Presentación y Comunicación:

  • Preparar y presentar documentos estratégicos a nivel interno y para clientes.

  • Comunicar claramente los insights y las estrategias a stakeholders clave.

  • Gestión de Proyectos:

  • Liderar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente, asegurando que se cumplan los plazos y presupuestos.

  • Supervisar la ejecución de las campañas para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos.

Qualifications
Requisitos:

  • Educación:

  • Licenciatura en Publicidad, Marketing, Comunicación o campos relacionados. Se prefiere maestría.

  • Experiencia:

  • Mínimo de 4 a 5 años de experiencia en planificación estratégica en agencias de publicidad.

  • Experiencia comprobada en el manejo de grandes cuentas y en el desarrollo de estrategias integrales.
