Manages the Sales Forecasting Process in the Country and support the Sales and Business Planning process (S&OP)
- Manages Supply function for the country operations as part of the country SCM team and supports the smooth supply of finished goods to customers in the country. Ensure an optimal Customer Service and Inventory levels through S&OP and demand planning of the products in accordance with policies.- Responsible of lead the sales forecast process and agreed a consensus within marketing, sales and supply.
- Support S&OP Process (Sales and Business Planning) by performing forecast deviations analysis and challenges, supply constraints and capacity availability to respond for upside scenarios
- Maximize the Customer Service Level to our customers ensuring product availability on time to patients
- Perform follow up with the responsible stakeholders among supply chain (Supplying sites, QA, W&D, etc) also prioritizing when there are constraints, ensuring timely product
- Periodically calculate and analyze global, regional and local KPIs, track KPI’s projections and trends documenting/taking necessary actions in order to meet established targets
- Establish a close interaction and clear communication channel with all partners (Foreign Trade, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal area, Drug Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Plants)
- Ensure that all aspects of demand management operations comply with quality, legal, regulatory requirements and the Sandoz Supply Chain Manual and Policies

**Minimum requirements**
- English - fluent written and spoken.
- At least 2 years experience in Supply Chain (preferably within Supply & Demand Planning).
