**Job Description**:
Supports Costa Rica’s communication strategy through design. Also, graphic support for projects and initiatives around the company, assessing the effectiveness of content, channels, platforms and communication campaigns through innovative and creative graphic content. Also, it educates and recommends new design bases for communication implementation. Team player with the Costa Rica communication team, as they work to support all on-site communication needs.

Also you will support the workload management of the BPS team, making sure every request is delivered on time depending on the SLA’s and with the quality expected.
- Works with Key Business Stakeholders on developing presentations such as quarterly business reviews.
- Creates and maintains templates and documentation to facilitate self-service presentation needs
- Provides consulting to stakeholders on presentations related to branding, messaging and visual impact

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma required
- Active students with 80% or more of their degree completed with Graphic Design or related field.(Must present proof and agreement from University)
- Advanced verbal and written knowledge of the English and Spanish languages
- Basic knowledge of design software: Illustrator, Photoshop, AfterEffects, and Adobe Premiere, besides printing processes and publication production.
- Time management skills
- The duration of the Internship will be 9 months
- Present a design portfolio
- Able to work 3 days a week
