**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
The Internal Brand Advocate Manager will support the delivery of the GBS Hub's communications strategy at site level. This role will ensure the effective and efficient landing of strategic key messages and global campaigns and provide communication support to the Site Leadership Team, local Talent & Culture, and various partners.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Create and implement the internal communication plan in Costa Rica HUB, in alignment with Global Brand Advocacy team, GBS Expansion Hubs priorities, and strategy, with support from the local Leadership Team.
- Provide communication support to Costa Rica's Hub for key initiatives, projects, and senior partners visits. Contribute to the department communications planning process, ensuring alignment of internal and external communications for campaigns and key projects.
- Create content for all communication channels in Costa Rica's Hub, including editorial content, social content, blogs, brochures, internal announcements, leaflets, infographics, animations, and videos, with the support of the Digital Content Manager.
- Coordinate messages across multiple channels, ensuring that internal communications in Costa Rica's Hub are done in a scheduled, targeted, and well-organized manner.
- Organize internal events for Costa Rica's Hub, including town halls and local celebrations, focusing on coordinating the agenda, content, flow, speakers, special moments, and event memorabilia, with support from the Facilities team for event logistics.
- Provide comms support for the local Talent & Culture team, ensuring effective communications of various projects and initiatives developed under the Internal programs umbrella, including celebrations and recognition.
- Identify relevant target groups (external partners) and communication channels to improve the impact of communication.
- Actively search for ways to optimize the impact of internal campaigns; adopt and implement best practices inspired by industry trends, competitor data, and other sources.
- Coordinate with GBS Leadership team in the development of creative campaigns to enhance employee engagement on BAT Ethos.
- Provide strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and cooperate with communication teams across different locations and backgrounds.
- Implement the local comms budget and activities and maintain relationships with external vendors.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related fields.
- 5-6 years of experience working in multinational corporations, exposure to multicultural teams and matrix structure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ / C1).
- High proficiency and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Creativity to power up the development and implementation of internal campaigns stimulating employee engagement.
- Understanding of data & insights that can help to build content creation.
- Self-motivated individual, using high professional standards and able to bring forth a strong orientation to the quality level of services for internal clients.
