Accounts Receivable Analyst

**Responsibilities**:

- Process all payments, including checks, wires, ACH and credit cards.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries and disputes.
- Monitor credit holds.
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files.
- Process monthly statement to be mailed to customers.
- Reconciliation of customer statements
- Perform AR and cash accounts reconciliation
- Provide documentation/reports to auditors for local accounting
- Participate in internal audits and perform other related duties as assigned.
- Other AR and accounting related tasks as needed
- Maintains adherence to company policies

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years related accounts receivable cycle (OTC) experience
- Technical Degree in Finance or Accounting, or Student of a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English (85%)
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office with advanced Excel
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, objective/goal oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results
- Reliable and punctual to work with a focus on world class customer service
