HR Operations Leader

As part of this position, the HR Ops Leader protects the organization and ensures that 3M's values and policies are upheld and adhered to, as well as that 3M's processes are implemented accordingly. Ensures compliance with 3M and other policies and teaches and acts as an example of unwavering ethics. Ensure compliance with local legislation at all times.

Objective of the position: To accompany the business strategy supporting the proper functioning of the different processes related to human resources for the assigned areas. He serves as an expert consultant on human resources issues. He acts as an employee advocate and agent of change. Assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. She works in partnership with the entire HR function to provide a value-added service to supervisors and employees.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Act as a single point of contact for employees and managers in your business areas.

2. Guide and support all processes and activities that promote good working relationships and employee relations.

3. Be a bridge between employees and Total Rewards for the resolution of doubts related to compensation issues.

4. Guide employees on the different policies related to human resources processes.

5. Provide coaching to employees and supervisors.

6. Accompany employees in their development processes.

7. Work in partnership with internal and external legal counsel to provide advice to employees and supervisors.

8. Develop activities that promote employee well-being, to foster a positive organizational climate and a culture of high performance.

9. Guide and execute disciplinary processes to maintain order and compliance.

10. Support the selection processes for leadership positions.

11. Accompany and monitor the areas with the aim of identifying needs and developing specific improvement plans.

12. Work in partnership with the different COEs (Centers of Expertise) to develop and implement processes and activities related to human resources.

13. Consult with managers on employee performance and development activities and provide recommendations.

14. Provide leadership, work collaboratively, and consult effectively and independently with all levels of the organization.

15. Conduct research related to human resources issues.

16. Actively participate in relevant corporate programs/initiatives.

17. Initiate actions to lead projects related to business strategies. Ensure project goals and deadlines are met.

18. Manage complex HR projects in an interdisciplinary manner.

19. Support the ongoing development of talent assessment skills within the organization, ensuring commitment to finding, growing, and retaining talent.

20. Generate HR metrics statistics.

21. Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee experience, performance, and retention.

22. Design succession plans for key talent and key job positions.

23. Challenge the internal client's organizational structure and propose changes.

24. Comply with the expectations of the 3M Code of Conduct, act in a manner consistent with 3M's values and ethical standards and be a benchmark in this area.

25. Provide support in all aspects of human resources as required.

**Education**:
Professional preferably in administrative careers, engineering, or social sciences.

**Experience**:
Minimum 7 years of experience in human resources, preferably as a generalist handling the different processes of the area (Selection, development, compensation, personnel administration, labor relations, engagement, etc.) or relevant experience for the position.
