**About this role**

DXC team is seeking a highly skilled and analytical QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing test plans to ensure the quality of our software products. You will work closely with our development and product teams to understand the requirements and design of new features and will develop and execute test cases to validate their functionality and performance. You will also be responsible for identifying and tracking defects, and for collaborating with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Design and execute test plans to ensure the quality of our software products

- Develop and execute test cases to validate functionality and performance
- Identify and track defects, and collaborate with development team to ensure timely resolution
- Contribute to the development of our quality assurance process and standards

**Who you are?**
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2+ years with manual QA testing
- Experience with software testing methodologies and tools
- Strong programming skills, with experience in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with enterprise software products is a plus
- Highly self-motivated and directed

**Primary Skills**:

- Database: SQL Server (SQLMap, etc)
- Performance Testing (Apache JMeter)
- TDD (Gherkin)
- Continuous integration tools
- Mobile testing (Appium)

**Secondary Skills**:
