ABOUT THE HIRING PROCESS:
**THE OPPORTUNITY**
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Manual QA Analyst.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication).
- Proficiency in bug tracking systems like Jira and documenting issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
**Nice to Haves**:
- Experience with automated testing processes and tools.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct manual regression tests to ensure software stability and integrity.
- Test new features and fixes for potential bugs and adherence to requirements.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover unforeseen issues and provide valuable insights.
- Find and log bugs accurately with clear reproduction steps.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test cases using Testrail.
- Operate effectively in a geographically distributed team.
