2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills in ambiguous situations.
- Advanced research skills through our various centralized knowledge centers (Inside, SharePoint, and SOP) and beyond.
- Superior verbal communication skills - will be speaking with stakeholders, service delivery leadership and program managers.
- Previous experience providing coaching for improvement to peers and direct reports.
- Superior written communication skills - in this role, you will collaborate with MBR, QBRs and Narrative Write Ups related to quality with senior leadership visibility.

The Financial Operations Account Receivable team is looking for someone who is driven, creative, results-oriented, and passionate about joining a world-class credit monitoring team.
The Accounts Receivable Quality Analyst will work closely with various processes to detect and analyze defect root causes based on quality requirements, and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines. You will be responsible for ensuring that the service delivery meets the highest quality standards for AR SJO.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams around the globe measuring, auditing, and analyzing our quality. As an AR QA Analyst, you are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. You prioritize effectively while delivering results across simultaneous initiatives and timelines. You will personally perform quality analysis and build effective quality processes and metrics.
As a QA Analyst you will have the following roles and responsibilities:

- Manage audit assignments on a day-to-day basis, monitoring communications and process performance, and parameter adherence.
- Provide regular, formal, and informal feedback to the bottom quartile.
- Support communications training and development of new analyst’s.
- Leverage on high performers to gather and share best practices.
- Support team performance against goals and objectives that align with the department vision and goals.
- Identify and eliminate barriers preventing QA performance on behalf of the analysts.
- Maintain flexible work hours to accommodate meetings with international partners.
- Create and deliver coaching plans that impact and increase QA’s performance.

- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Previous QA program handling experience
