**Description**

The Casino Affiliate Manager is responsible for developing customer acquisition through the affiliation program for WPT Global in markets around the World, catering to the online casino side of the business.

As Affiliate Manager, you will be part of a team collaborating closely with country managers and other stakeholders to enable WPT Global to work with the best partners and influencers in each region, helping to convert traffic as effectively as possible to grow our customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Recruit new affiliates, partners, and influencers to promote WPT Global with an emphasis on the casino side of the business;
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, using standard KPIs such as conversion rates, player value, and ROI;
- Understand the impact of each partner’s traffic on the health of our poker ecosystem;
- Identify and cultivate top performing partners, and develop incentive programs to reward them;
- Create promotions and communications for affiliates;
- Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns;
- Implement strategies to increase the quality and yield of affiliate partners;
- Implement strategies to reactivate dormant partners;
- Stay in closed contact with key partners to maximize efforts;
- Attend industry events and stay up to date on industry trends.

**Essential Criteria**
- 3+ years of prior experience in casino affiliate marketing;
- Strong standard of written and spoken English;
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills; adept in using Google Sheets, Excel or similar;
- Sales and negotiation skills;
- Ability to handle a large volume of partners and deals concurrently;
- Ability to work independently when required;
- Proactive and, willing to go the extra mile in a start-up environment;
- Team player, able to collaborate effectively across multiple departments;
- Growth mindset.

**Bonus Criteria**
- Fluent in a second language, especially Spanish or Portuguese;
- Previous experience with CellXpert, Branch.io and, Appsflyer, or similar programs;
- Prior knowledge of poker and the online gaming business.
