**Typical Accountabilities**
- Driving the sales performance into the e-commerce business partners' platforms along with Commercial teams and the different brand teams from all business units to ensure proper execution of a consistent strategic eCommerce framework
- Build and expand new customers relationships for the ecommerce pharma ecosystem
- Reach sells out and sell in objectives
- Provide visibility of potential eCommerce growth (actuals and forecating) in markets and area. Developing, monitoring, writing, and updating product content contained on eCommerce websites/portals, cultivating standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, product listings.
- Analyse and improve the UI and UX in the ecommerce according to KIPs performance and digital behaviour.
- Perform a correct definition and modelling of business processes to design, execute, control, and analyse operational processes involving people, organizations and documents.
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as and not limited to i.e. weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance
- Manage and build relevant external partnerships (i.e. Amazon, MELI or Rappi) in the local Market
- Growth in eCommerce new business models (benchmark and trends).
**Skills and Experience**:
**Consumerization Expertise**: Deep understanding of consumer behavior, preferences, and trends in the pharmaceutical industry. By analyzing market data, employing user-centric strategies, and ensuring that the ecommerce platform is tailored to meet the needs and expectations of consumers in close collaboration with main business partners.
**Commercial Strategy**: With keen business acumen, I develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This includes identifying target markets, pricing optimization, promotional campaigns, and strategic partnerships to maximize profitability and market share.
**Customer Experience Optimization**: The E-commerce Manager should prioritize the customer experience in the online journey. This includes ensuring a user-friendly interface, streamlined checkout process, personalized product recommendations, and responsive customer service. They should leverage customer feedback and data analytics to improve the online customer experience continuously.
**Data Analytics**: Proficient in data analytics and interpretation using data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, identify customer patterns, and make informed business decisions. By utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and data visualization software, uncovering actionable strategies to enhance the ecommerce platform's performance.
**Inventory and Supply Chain Management**:The E-commerce Manager need to understand inventory management and supply chain processes specific to the pharmaceutical industry. They should collaborate with internal stakeholders (Head of retail, brand teams, Retail marketing) to ensure accurate product availability, manage stock levels, and coordinate fulfillment and shipping processes for online orders.
**Technology Thinking**: possess a strong aptitude for technology and innovation, staying updated on the latest advancements and emerging trends in ecommerce, pharmaceutical software solutions, and data management. This enables identifying opportunities for process automation, implementing new technologies, and streamlining operations for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.
**Cross-Functional Abilities**: Highest cross-functional collaboration abilities working with multiple teams such as Commercial, Business Units, IT, and Regulatory, Medical and Legal to ensure seamless integration of ecommerce operations. driving alignment and achieving organizational goals by fostering effective communication and teamwork.
**Project Management**: E-commerce managers should possess strong project management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams with focus in Lean startup methodologies
**Bilingual Proficiency**: Fluent in both English and Spanish, I possess strong language skills that enable effective communication with a diverse customer base and facilitate expansion efforts.
