**Reports to**:Risk Lead Americas

**Reporting Level**:Non-Managerial

**Geographic Scope**:Americas

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Quote requirements with the best suppliers available on the market ensuring that trading terms are favourable for the company on criteria such as:

- Cost: Price, freight, payment terms.
- Features: Quality, duration, presentation, performance, usage economy.
- Services (Valuable): Delivery time, warranty, support, and maintenance.
- Ensure visibility (through the Purchasing system) of the price list negotiated with suppliers, contracts, and SLAs.
- Update price agreements, vendors, payment terms and delivery times in the purchasing system to ensure purchase orders in accordance with the negotiated terms.
- Align with the delivery on time and with good quality of the information required by the Local, Regional and Global Purchasing Function.
- Carry out the necessary activities to ensure the fulfilment of the objectives of the GBS Purchasing team.
- Track the purchase order process and provide the necessary information to involved parties so that they know the status of their requirements.
- Ensure that physical and system records of all information regarding purchase orders and negotiations are up to date for search and audit purposes.
- Ensure efficient service for the delivery of emergency goods or service.

**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- Do you have 2-3 years of experience in the Compliance Area
- Do you have experience using Coupa
- Do you have an Advance English level?

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Experience Required at least 2-3 years in Procurement Area.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related career
- Advance English Knowledge. At least B2
- Mastery of computer tools. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Demonstrated proficiency in Finance Analysis
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain smooth, cooperative working relationships with peers, superiors and involved parties.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and with appropriate attention to details, time management
