The Operational Risk Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role. The BTSS Operational Risk Specialist will support BTSS Americas risk operations. **The role focuses on identifying risk and control gaps related to the BTSS businesses and assist in driving efficiencies across all regions**. The BTSS Operational Risk Specialist role reports to BTSS Americas R&C Manager. **Responsibilities**: - The BTSS Operational Risk Specialist is an operational risk management role to ensure product, region, and country operational areas have implemented and maintained appropriate processes to achieve compliance with all relevant policies and maintain an effective and efficient control environment. - Provide support for risk, control and compliance ensuring mitigation of operational risk. - Ensure timely and effective delivery of the risk and control programs, including: - Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA) - Data Privacy (DP) - Records Management (RM) - End User Computing (EUC) - Continuity of Business (CoB) - Control Issues - Information Security (IS) - Fraud Management - Third-Party / Supplier Risk Management (SRM) **Qualifications**: - Risk & Control: Understanding of Citi structure and goals related to Risk & Control - Ability to interact professionally with various levels of management, inclusive of the SLT, in the organization and across various divisions - Ability to persuade and influence others through developed communication and diplomacy skills with colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. - Ability to work in a dynamically fast-paced environment - Strong and creative problem solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot reports/data to ensure accuracy - Advanced MS office computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access - Experience with SharePoint - Self-motivated with ability to make decision in the absence of detailed instructions - Ability to work with large data set populations to create business reports and perform analysis - High level of accuracy and attention to detail and being accurate with analysis - Strong presentation, reporting analysis, and documentation skills - Superior verbal and written communication skills - Must be flexible and have a strong aptitude to manage multiple priorities and follow-up on initiatives - Strong interpersonal skills and a team player - Ability to work independently - Ability to work with global stakeholders - Fluency in English and Spanish **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience - **Job Family Group**: Risk Management - **Job Family**: Operational Risk - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
