Risk Reporting Analyst

OTRC’s Risk Reporting Team is responsible for providing risk and control management reporting services to OTRC and other key stakeholders within Enterprise O&T. Our team has a need for a Metrics Reporting Analyst with good Risk and Controls background, with special focus on production of key risk and control reports. The Risk Reporting Analyst will execute operational tasks related to the production of management presentations for senior O&T forums and key global reports, including the Global O&T RCM, and EO&T BRCC quarterly reports, and Risk and Control section of the Global O&T RCM, CIO Council’s MOR, OTRC MOR, CBNA O&T Quarterly, among others. **Responsibilities**: - Execute operational tasks related to the production of management presentations for senior O&T forums and key global reports, including the Global O&T RCM, and EO&T BRCC quarterly reports, and Risk and Control section of the Global O&T RCM, CIO Council’s MOR, OTRC MOR, CBNA O&T Quarterly, among others - Ensure Quality Assurance within monthly and quarterly report using established Quality Control Checklist and other tracking methods - Interaction with other OTRC Issue Reporting functions in order to ensure synchronization with the various reports published on a monthly basis - Analyze documentation, data and metrics provided via the Citi Risk and Control database data sources to identify risk, performance and quality issues and significant variances and trends - Participate in enterprise-wide conference working group calls on risk or quality issues - Verify/specify requirements for embedded quality in the metrics reporting processes - Manipulate data stored in different databases in order to produce reports to senior management - Assist and participate on implementation of the automated data repository, which will be used to manage all Line of Defense issues and CAPs impacting O&T - Maintain the data repositories always up-to-date in order to allow production of senior management reporting - Develop and maintain metrics reporting pages as needed by senior management - Keep updated with Corporate Policies, Standards and Guidelines - Demonstrate experience on the following areas: Security, IT and Operations metrics; Data integrity; Assessment and consultation; Business Process re-engineering; Executive presentation and communication and Web site content management **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's Degree in IT or Business - Advanced English level - Minimum 3 years of experience in technology and in reporting and control metrics - Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports - Demonstrated influencing skills in a decentralized environment - Excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills - Experience and ease in interfacing with Senior Management - Individual should be analytical, flexible, team-oriented, have good interpersonal, communication, and follow up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task - Technical proficiencies in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and MS Access - Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community - Skill in the use of computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environment - Ability to foster a cooperative work environment - Knowledge of management principles and practices - Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities - Ability to provide technical coordination and management of development and/or implementation projects in area of expertise - Program planning and implementation skills C13 - **Job Family Group**: Risk Management - **Job Family**: Business Risk & Controls - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
