- Convera serves more than 30,000 customers ranging from small business owners to enterprise treasurers to educational institutions to financial institutions to law firms to NGOs.
- Your role
- In this role you'll be required to process and validate outbound transactions, ensuring items are verified within the agreed SLA. Your duties will include the following:

- Review data received from internal/external parties, compiling beneficiary templates for customers to utilise.
- Monitor in house systems and validate the data input, ensuring that all relevant information has been obtained and local routing requirements are met.
- Ensure all input is correct and escalate issues within the team when necessary.
- You'l ideally have:

- Financial services industry experience
- Fluency in English essential.
- Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- MS Office
- You must be able to commit to a Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm shift pattern.
