In this role, you will be joining the Payments Operations team and your focus will be to process incoming payments from business clients while assuring specific guidelines and criteria are met. You will use your keen eye for detail to review data received from internal/external parties, compiling beneficiary templates for customers to utilize. You will monitor internal systems and validate the data input, ensuring that all relevant information has been obtained and local routing requirements are met. You will ensure all input is correct and all queries are resolved satisfactorily within agreed service level agreements. You will escalate issues within the team and internal or external business partners when necessary.

- Good spoken and written English skills

- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, good computer literacy skills
