Discounting Finance Lead

We are looking for a Discounting Finance Lead who will bring innovation, creativity, and a good attitude to our team. This position is a highly visible, integral part of the Finance team that offers tremendous growth opportunity. This Discounting Finance Lead role will business partner with a cross-functional team to provide value-added support in driving the growth of our portfolio. **ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Support/lead the development of financial modeling and provide scenario analyses to drive commercial business decisions. Must be able to operate effectively under pressure and in ambiguous environment.
- Participate in the monthly forecasting and closing processes.
- Develop and sustain strong business partnering relationships across the Revenue Growth Management, Operations and Trade functions
- Lead trade analytics to improve the return on trade investments and develop recommendations for trade optimization.
- Supports annual and ongoing planning process for customer specific programs.
- Develop and present analytics to the organization that highlights business risks and opportunities.
- Accountable for team routines measuring key topline Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - volume, price/mix, revenue drivers.
- Monthly System Access Reviews and updates
- Identify best practices and standardize where possible.
- Develop robust reporting package and KPIs to support the on-going management of our business.
- Master Data Support and update.
- Responsible for performance and documentation of various internal controls.
- Provide leadership and coordination to drive continuous department/process improvement.
- Assist/lead special projects as needed.

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE**

**ESSENTIAL**

**Experience Required**
- 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related area

**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**
- High proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoin.
- Ability to think strategically, with strong influencing and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrate commercial acumen
- Ability to perform under pressure and navigate through ambiguity
- Capacity for innovation

**Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related area
- Bilingual (Spanish and English level 95%+)
- CPA, MBA, or Master of Accounting.
